Digging a trench with a mini trencher for perimeter insulation. -
Setting Foam
Here the crew is setting foam precisely into the trench using a laser level. -
Metal ring beam which the roof bolts to being fastened to the top of the post pair assemblies. -
Ready to Pour
In floor heating is installed and the main slab is ready to pour. Note: The central sitting pit in this design is custom and not normally done because of high cost. -
Woodhenge!!!
Circular post pair assembly's created. These posts will support the roof. -
Bale bottom ladder
Here the bale bottom ladder is built by attaching it to vertical post. -
Roof Erection Begins
All scaffolding and supports in place for roof erection next day. -
First five rood sheets in place to secure exact position and leveling. -
8hrs later roof sheet installation finished. -
Bales now being installed in the addition part of the house using a large enforcer. -
One happy builder peering through the raw skylight opening.
